General info to review BEFORE applying:
Your monthly gross income must total three times (3x) the monthly rent amount to qualify. Applicant must provide a minimum of two (2) paystubs and/or proof of income through bank statements showing direct deposits.
The application fee is $40.00 per person. All adults 18+ who'll be residing at the premises are required to apply, and will be listed thusly on the lease. Photo ID required on application (you can snap a picture with your phone), along with social security number(s) for screening and identification purposes.
We will conduct a background check on all adult applicants. Any prior evictions or felonies within the past 10 years will render applicant/s ineligible for residency.
Once we screen (and potentially accept) you, we’ll show you the property in-person. Provided you love it and want to move forward, we’ll require a deposit to hold for a (minimum) the total security; this becomes non-refundable in the event the applicant backs out. Then, anytime before move-in day we require the remaining security along with first & last month's rent.
***First & last month's rent, along with total security deposit, MUST be paid in full prior to taking possession of the property***
We allow pets under the condition that the security deposit be increased according to your individual situation.
